A new bike repair station at the Ivydale Trailhead was made possible by a grant from Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shop and the volunteer work to install it was provided by Fran King and her husband, Danny. There is a tire pump, handles on which to mount your bike, and repair tools attached to wire cables.  Because of its popularity, Elk River Trail Foundation is seeking funding for similar stations at all trailheads.
